Liquid Flux
Versatile liquid flux suitable for manual and automated soldering processes. Ensures excellent wetting, residue control, and compatibility with a wide range of solder alloys and PCB surfaces.
Flux products have been tested by the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) - Electronics Department, meeting the surface insulation resistance test standards. These fluxes are suitable for soldering operations on various electronic substrates and components. They offer high operability, low residue, no corrosion, high insulation, excellent diffusion rate, and high reliability. These fluxes can meet the requirements of hole filling, solder wetting rate, and yield in lead-free processes.
