RedSun Metal Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to respecting human rights, environmental protection, and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility. In light of the serious issues caused by the mining of certain minerals (including Gold (Au), Tin (Sn), Tantalum (Ta), and Tungsten (W), collectively known as “3TG”) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and its surrounding regions—such as armed conflict, illegal mining, and human rights violations—the Company hereby declares:

1. The Company guarantees that all metals contained in products sold to customers comply with conflict-free mineral standards.
2. The Company commits to not using, either directly or indirectly, conflict minerals from regions that finance armed groups.
3. The Company requires its suppliers to reject the use of conflict minerals sourced from conflict zones and to manage both upstream and downstream suppliers in compliance with conflict-free mineral standards.

The Company will continue to promote supply chain transparency, ensuring that its products are free from conflict minerals and fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.
